Be the Hindu

Declare your roots — proudly proclaim, "I am a Hindu."

Now is the time to declare oneself a Hindu.
Proudly pronounce — "I am a Hindu."

Those living in India or abroad, whose heart accepts that their ancestors were Sanātanī–Vedic–Ārya Hindus — who uphold the dignity of the roṭī-beṭī code (the traditional norms of food and marriage) and embrace gau-bhakti (devotion to the sacred cow) — are called to take this step.

The Nārada-pañcarātra (1.4.20) describes this combination of Lakṣmī, Māyā and Kāma bījas as a captivating mantra-rāja — the king of mantras:

लक्ष्मीर्मायाकामबीजं डेऽन्तं कृष्णपदं तथा।
वह्निजायान्तमन्त्रं च मन्त्रराजमनोहरम्॥

The bījas of Lakṣmī, Māyā and Kāma, joined with the pada of Kṛṣṇa and the vahni-jāyā ending — this is the captivating king of mantras.
